If you haven’t applied water decals previously you may want to do some searching around and watch some videos. I found this video on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mAeDCyPgq1M&ab_channel=OrbeStation) which provides a nice succinct demonstration of applying a decal.
