The RASER PLUS product specializes in thick gate (thick nub marks) removal using its proprietary Super-Nano Technology, which provides sanding experience powerfully, yet it leaves no scratches on the surface. Its tool for complete gate (thick nub marks) removal.

With 220 grit force, RASER+ can easily remove thick gate-marks to produce a clean surface without any scratches. Evolutionary super-nano technology provides a strong 220 grit force incomparable to any other similar products.

When sanding with a typical glass file, it can scratch the surface with its edge if the sanding angle is off-balanced.

​However, RASER series are engineered with handcrafted soft edges to overcome such issues and it goes through a strict QA process to ensure easy and safe use by any users from novice to expert.
