Bandai Spirits model sanding stick set

Bandai produces a range of tools that aim to help the Gunpla enthusiast build their models. One of the most important of these are the Bandai Spirits model sanding stick set.

Once a piece has been cut from its runner, there are often marks on the plastic, or small burrs of plastic leaving a rough edge/feel and look to the part. Consequently there is a need to remove these, and the model sanding sticks allow you to smooth out those places making everything on your kit look smooth. Their moderate flexibility, due to their multi layer construction, make them the perfect tool for cleaning up the models.

The sanding set kit comprises of 3 sticks, which allows for three different levels of coarseness, and each with a different colour to allow users to quickly tell the sanding sticks apart. In the set there are:

• The red stick is 400 coarseness
• The blue stick is 600 coarseness
• The white stick is 1000 coarseness
